What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquiring new Capital One Business Card clients within a designated territory
- Secure appointments directly with new prospects via cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Engage in phone consultations with business owners and decision-makers
- Effectively manage the pipeline of clients & prospects
- Analyze a businesss total business spend and identify the right card product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of acquisitions experience or outbound sales experience
- Bachelors Degree or Military experience
- 2+ years of experience working with small or medium-sized business customers
- 3+ years of experience in acquiring new customers in an inside or outside sales environment
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in the financial industry
- Experience meeting a sales metric or sales goal
- Ability to navigate web-based tools effectively
