Inside Sales Account Representative
About the position
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic program aimed at partnering with small businesses across the United States. The role involves outbound sales efforts to generate partners in designated regions, maintaining precise records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, and responding to and qualifying inbound leads. You will conduct consultative sales calls to comprehend partner needs and showcase the value of the program. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to leadership concerning lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
• Generate partners through outbound sales efforts in assigned regions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.
• Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Requirements
• 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
• Proficiency in salesforce software and CRM systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish for specific positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
