Inside Channel Manager

Access One Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Channel Manager to support the growth and development of their national partner ecosystem. This role involves recruiting new channel partners, managing partner relationships, and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and recruit new channel partners aligned with Access One’s ideal partner profileConduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networksQualify potential partners and introduce them to the Access One partner programSupport onboarding of new partners including program education, tools, and sales enablementMaintain regular communication with partners to identify opportunities and drive engagementHelp partners position Access One solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and connectivityGenerate and support partner-driven sales opportunitiesWork with partners to identify customer needs and align appropriate solutionsCollaborate with channel managers, sales engineers, and internal sales teams to move deals forwardTrack partner activity and engagement within CRM systemsMaintain accurate records of partner recruitment, pipeline, and opportunitiesAssist with partner communications, campaigns, and enablement initiativesWork cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and channel leadershipSupport partner events, webinars, and marketing initiativesProvide feedback on partner trends, opportunities, and market insightsSkills1–2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account managementExperience working in the technology industry (MSP, telecom, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT services)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong follow-throughComfortable with outbound outreach and prospectingLocal to Chicago and able to come into the office on a hybrid scheduleExperience working with channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, agents, or system integratorsFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as SalesforceExperience supporting partner-driven sales motionsBenefitsHealthDentalVisionMatching 401kPTOFlexible work environmentHybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the officeCompany OverviewAccess One is a business technology services and communications provider, dedicated to world-class technologies and an award-winning client experience.
