Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our sales process by generating leads and setting appointments for our outside sales team. By leveraging your excellent communication skills and in-depth product knowledge, you will engage with potential customers, understand their lighting requirements, and effectively convey the value of our LED lighting solutions. Your goal will be to create a pipeline of qualified leads and facilitate the growth of our business in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in commercial and large industrial buildings.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their lighting needs and pain points.
• Showcase the benefits and features of our LED lighting solutions, highlighting energy efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced lighting quality.
• Set appointments for outside salespeople to meet with potential clients for detailed product demonstrations and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities.
• Familiarity with LED lighting solutions and their benefits in commercial and industrial settings is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
