Key Responsibilities Demand Marketing Programs Leadership : Oversee the development, operation, and optimization of EPS' content-driven perpetual demand engine, managing literacy evangelism, thought leadership programs, digital engagement, field marketing, and demand experience across our website and e-commerce interface. Brand Marketing Programs Ownership : Develop and manage the EPS Learning brand architecture, identity, and purpose, driving positioning strategy and brand awareness programs in developed states, districts, and schools. Strategic Marketing Leadership : Craft strategic plans and models for marketing programs, collaborating with executive team members to drive successful go-to-market initiatives, and serving as an internal thought leader on demand marketing best practices. Team Leadership : Lead and foster a high-performing, collaborative marketing team that thrives on creativity and data-driven insights.
