We value effectiveness, competence, and a growth mindset.About the RoleFluidstack is hiring an Infrastructure Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of hardware and services essential to our deployment and management of AI infrastructure. You will develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components to support our rapid growth.FocusDevelop and execute procurement strategies for data center hardware and services.Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast infrastructure needs.Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.About You5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT or data center environments.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics, especially those associated with remote datacenter environments.Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.Fluidstack is remote first, but has offices in key hubs.
