What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the planning, execution, and closure phases of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Craft and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and progress reports
Drive the integration of project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project success
Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and objectives in alignment with strategic goals
Oversee a multidisciplinary project team to achieve milestones and deliverables
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development lifecycle, and emerging technologies
