Information Technology (IT) Asset Visibility and Security Engineer - Remote

Required Skills and Qualifications: Candidates must have strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise IT environment including 8+ years of IT security experience and application of asset visibility solutions towards IT hardware and software asset management security efforts supporting both IT operations and security efforts including application control, network access control, Comply to Connect and Remain, vulnerability management, and security event investigation support. Candidates must also have accredited and relevant college degree (computer science, information systems, etc) or congruent work experience. Specific technical knowledge, experience, and certifications with relevant tools such as Armis Centrix, Data pipeline engineering, Splunk use and knowledge object development, Windows and Linux system administration, Python scripting and automation implementation, are required. Candidates would benefit from having relevant technical certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH), demonstrated ability to apply statistical and deep learning technology, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, ability to apply large language model based tools to accelerate business processes, ability to build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans; strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the demonstrated ability to positively influence peer organization and key stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote Pay: 120 – 140K Clearance: US Citizen Originally posted on Himalayas
