Job Title: Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Training Lead
Work Location: Remote (Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US)
Duration of Assignment: 12+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr to $80.00/hr on W2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content across various functional modules.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and embedded learning assets.
• Facilitate TraintheTrainer sessions to empower internal teams and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.
• Partner with functional SMEs to understand business processes and convert them into structured learning experiences.
• Support end-user readiness activities, including communication planning, curriculum development, and training logistics.
• Ensure training content remains aligned with system design, project milestones, and user needs.
Promote a positive, inclusive environment by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Skills:
Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
• Strong background in Oracle Training, including content development and delivery.
• Proven expertise in Training Development and instructional design methods.
• Experience facilitating TraintheTrainer programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• High standards of professionalism and a commitment to fostering a respectful, courteous work environment.
