About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and experienced Information Technology – Cloud Administration/Administrator Instructors to teach courses for our AWS Cloud Administration Program. This is a fully developed program with materials hosted in Moodle and designed to prepare students for success in Cloud Administration. Employment Type: Adjunct, part-time.Compensation: Between $30.32 - $40.32 per hour.Academic Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsDeliver engaging and interactive online classes in Cloud Administration using the prepared Moodle curriculum.Manage all grading responsibilities, including assignments, attendance, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.Host weekly office hours to provide additional support and foster a collaborative learning environment.Stay updated with industry trends, certifications, and advancements in Cloud Administration to enhance the learning experience.Participate in scheduled administrative meetings as needed.RequirementsRequired:At least 3 years of practical experience as a Cloud Administrator, Network Administrator, or equivalent role.AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (required for Amazon AWS-specific courses).Ability to handle all course-related grading and administrative responsibilities.Proficiency with Moodle or similar learning management systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred:At least 1 year of teaching experience at the college or university level.AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.Passed the certification test for the course being taught.---
