Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
ā¢ WORKS UNDER LIMITED SUPERVISION in the administration, DESIGNING, DEPLOY, maintenance, SECURITY, monitoring and support of agency's mdt AND mecm/sccm INFRASTRUCTURE.
ā¢ ENSURE RELIABLE SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION, PATCHING, REPORTING, AND OPERATING SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT (OSD).
ā¢ ANALYSIS OF AGENCY SOFTWARE VERSIONING FOR BUSINESS NEEDS, AS REQUIRED, AND LEADS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE SPECIFICATIONS TO MEET THOSE NEEDS.
ā¢ CONFIGURE APPLICATIONS DEPLOYMENTS FOR ENDPOINT DEVICES TO MEET TECHINCAL REQUIREMENTS.
ā¢ IMPROVE ENDPOINT COMPLIANCE, SECURITY POSTURE, AND OPERTIONAL EFFICIENCY BASED ON TECHNICAL NEEDS.
ā¢ MONITOR PERFORMANCE OF MECM/SCCM INFRATRUCUTURE, EVENT LOGS, ANALYZE, AND PERFORM ROUTINE SECURITY PRACTICES AS NEEDED.
ā¢ PROVIDE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT, DOCUMENTATION, AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER.
ā¢ UPDATES MDT AND MCM/SCCM ENVIRONMENT WITH SECURITY CONTROLS
ā¢ Participates in the ENTRPRISE administration, planning, installation, maintenance, security, monitoring and support of the agency's ENDPOINT computers, SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENTS, and peripheral devices.
ā¢ MAXIMIZE SECURITY CONTROLS USING INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES.
ā¢ SUPPORTS AND ADHERES TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES.
ā¢ AWARENESS OF SECURITY COMPLIANCE CHANGES PROCESSES.
ā¢ IDENTIFIES RISKS AND COMMUNICATES RISKS TO THE CIO AND IT TEAM.
ā¢ DEVELOPS TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOLLOWING AGENCY POLICIES; CJIS SECURITY GUIDANCE; STATE SECURITY STANDARDS.

-SKILLED EXPERIENCE IN MECM/SCCM HIERARCHY (CAS, PRIMARY, SECONDARY SITES CONFIGURATIONS
