Information Security Analyst Entry Level
Top-Tier Bank is seeking an Information Security Analyst for their growing team!
Responsibilities:
? Cross-Functional Training Coordination
? Schedule and track attendance for security training sessions
? Maintain a repository of training materials and recordings
? Internal Security Communications & Culture Initiatives
? Draft internal security awareness emails and newsletters
? Maintain and update security bulletin boards (digital/physical)
? Cybersecurity Drills, Phishing Campaigns, & Executive Training
? Coordinate phishing campaign logistics and track employee engagement
? Document results and trends from simulated attacks
? Ensure badge access logs are reviewed for anomalies
? Maintain an inventory of approved user access exceptions
? Track 10-day leave rule violations, terminations, and recertifications
? Gather cost estimates for upcoming security projects and other initiatives
? New Hire Training & Certification/Upskilling Programs:
? Ensure new hires receive required security training modules
? Track employee certifications and send reminders for renewals
? Maintain a tracker of software licenses and renewal dates
? Process invoices and maintain budget reconciliation spreadsheets
? Budget Forecasting & Cybersecurity Investment Planning
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree
? Must be fluent in Chinese (reading & writing)
? 0-2 years experience in information security
? Information technology background
