Infor M3 Functional Consultant, Order to Cash (OTC)

RedCloud seeks a Infor M3 Functional Consultant, Order to Cash (OTC) to support immediate client operations. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes to support a major ERP migration project. This role will focus on configuring OTC and Supply Chain modules, conducting workshops, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes across multi-site manufacturing and distribution environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Conduct OTC workshops to capture current-state processes and define future-state workflows. • Define standards for items, suppliers, and warehouse data to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Configure Infor M3 OTC and Supply Chain modules; support functional and user acceptance testing. • Deliver process owner and lead-level training; assist with classroom sessions for SMEs as required. • Prepare OTC Gap Analysis reports, data migration templates, and training materials. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • 8–12 years of experience in ERP environments across IT, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. • Minimum 4 years implementing Infor M3 OTC and Supply Chain modules. • Strong expertise in: • Order-to-Cash processes • Procurement and demand planning • Inventory control and supplier management • Intercompany logistics • Background in multi-site manufacturing and distribution environments highly preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into ERP configurations. • Experience with Infor CloudSuite and related integrations. • Familiarity with data migration strategies and testing methodologies. • Knowledge of best practices in OTC and Supply Chain processes. Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 160,000 DOE.
