Influencer Relationship Manager Needed (Haircare Brand)
• *Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Influencer/Brand Partner Relationship Manager to develop and maintain partnerships with industry influencers for our fast growing haircare company: Highland. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in managing influencers, growing influencer programs efficiently/creatively, and has an appetite for ideation/learning. Responsibilities include outreach (mainly via socials + email), contract negotiation, and communication for successful, on-brand collaborations. If you're passionate about influencer marketing and have strong communication skills, we want you to apply!
What We’re Looking For
- Willing to commit 15ish hours a week on research +duties
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for brand fit and creative potential
- Comfortable running point on negotiations and outreach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle a lot without dropping the ball
- Curious and resourceful — you figure things out and ramp quickly
Bonus: You’re already familiar well versed in the beauty or wellness space
Compensation & Growth
- $1,000/month flat rate
- Uncapped commission opps
- Opportunity to renegotiate comp with time and grow with us to help define a program from the ground up
