Influencer Partnerships & DACH Regional Manager (Health & Performance | Remote)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Partnerships & DACH Regional Manager to lead strategic collaborations with top-tier influencers across the German-speaking health, wellness, and performance market while overseeing the localisation and execution of marketing initiatives in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This role combines high-impact influencer marketing, PR coordination, and regional market management, ensuring global strategies are effectively adapted for the DACH audience. The region already has strong traction and proven playbooks—your focus will be to implement, optimize, and scale growth through influencer partnerships and localized marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end influencer partnerships across DACH: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and campaign execution
• Build strong relationships with top influencers, talent managers, and agencies in the health, tech, and performance sectors
• Negotiate ROI-driven influencer partnerships aligned with brand and growth objectives
• Collaborate with PR partners to drive media exposure and campaign impact
• Track campaign performance including sales attribution, CAC, ROI, and engagement metrics
• Oversee regional marketing localisation, including social media, email campaigns, and website personalization
• Manage DACH localisation budgets and coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure effective regional execution
Requirements
• 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in DTC, health tech, wellness, supplements, or bio-hacking
• Proven success delivering ROI-positive influencer campaigns in the DACH market
• Strong network and deep understanding of the German-speaking influencer ecosystem
• Experience negotiating high-value influencer partnerships
• Ability to manage regional marketing budgets and cross-channel campaigns
• Strong commercial mindset, connecting marketing efforts to measurable growth
• Excellent German and English communication skills
