This role is focused on acquisition, conversion, and revenue generation—not content management or social media administration.The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong background in influencer marketing and outbound outreach, capable of building partnerships that deliver measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Identification & OutreachResearch and identify high-potential influencers within the baby and parenting niche, with a strong focus on TikTokExecute high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns to initiate partnershipsPresent compelling collaboration proposals aligned with brand objectivesAffiliate Partnership ManagementOnboard influencers into the affiliate program and ensure proper setup and trackingMonitor influencer performance and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and revenueMaintain strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent output and resultsSales & ConversionManage the full outreach pipeline from prospecting to signed agreement and first saleNegotiate terms and close partnership deals effectivelyEnsure all partnerships are aligned with revenue goals and ROI targetsB2B Business Development (LinkedIn)Conduct outbound outreach to corporate partners, resellers, and bulk buyersUtilize LinkedIn to identify and develop additional revenue streamsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B prospectsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be evaluated on a weekly basis using the following metrics:Outreach Volume: Number of new prospects contactedConversion Rate: Number of signed influencer/partner agreementsRevenue Generated: Total sales attributed to influencer and partner activitiesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsExperienceMinimum of 3+ years in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Outbound SalesDemonstrated success in driving revenue through partnerships or campaignsPortfolio Requirement (Mandatory)Candidates must provide verifiable case studies or portfolio evidence that includes:Number of influencers managed or partnerships handledCampaign performance metricsRevenue or sales generated from influencer or outreach initiativesTechnical ExpertiseProficiency in TikTok Creator Marketplace and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorFamiliarity with affiliate tracking tools and performance analyticsCommunication SkillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilitiesIndustry InterestInterest or experience in the baby, parenting, or maternity market is highly preferredKey CompetenciesResults-driven with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growthHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach pipelinesSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-based environmentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on dataWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent onboarding of high-quality influencers and partnersStrong conversion rates from outreach to signed agreementsMeasurable and growing revenue contribution from influencer and B2B channelsBenefitsWhy Join Us?
