As an Industrial Designer, you will lead projects in the Fellowes Interiors portfolio, collaborating with various teams to develop human-centered design solutions from concept to execution.ResponsibilitiesTranslate consumer insights, market trends, and product requirements into innovative and compelling design solutionsCreate inspiring advanced design solutions through sketches, renderings, and iterative physical or digital prototypesDevelop conceptual CAD models and prepare 3D packages to support product developmentCollaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained while ensuring product viability and feasibilityPresent design concepts to internal and external stakeholders, communicating rationale, storytelling, and design intent with claritySkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in Industrial DesignProficient 2D/3D skills in key design applications such as SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe CC, and emerging generative-AI design toolsStrong Design Sense with the ability to communicate concepts and form through rapid sketching, 3D visualization, and iterative prototypingExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design intent across multiple disciplinesComfortable giving and receiving creative feedback in a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the Ability to independently manage timelines and balance multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexible, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementBenefitsAn annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Company OverviewOver 100 years under the private ownership and executive leadership of the Fellowes family, Fellowes is a global leader and trusted partner that provides product solutions to fulfill WorkLife needs.
