Index Options Trader
## Your Core Responsibilities: Develop and run Index Options trading strategies on the largest indices in APAC, collaborating within a team of motivated and ambitious Index traders. Work with our expert team of macro analysts, quants, and developers to make sustainable, long term strategy improvements. Be a subject matter expert on your given markets and help to train and mentor the next generation of traders at IMC. Contribute to the future direction and growth of Index Options trading at IMC, an important strategic focus for the company. ## Your Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience and a proven track record managing an Index Options book at a prop firm, bank, or market maker. Preferred experience in APAC indices – eg. Japan, Hong Kong, Korea; Entrepreneurial mindset, healthy risk appetite, competitive nature, and quick decision making; Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Apply tot his job
