Seven Starling is looking for an Independently Licensed Contract Clinical Therapist to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling ’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients. What we look for at Seven Starling Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare What you'll do Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity. Who you are Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist. Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include, but are not limited to: Arizona, District of Columbia, California, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Indiana, and/or Nevada) Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records Bilingual is a plus!
