Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Independent Sales Partner (Contractor) to acquire new clients and promote our virtual assistant services. This is a commission-only role with no guaranteed base salary. Earnings are performance-based and depend on the number of clients acquired and retained. Responsibilities • Identify and reach out to potential clients in Insurance, Real Estate, Marketing, and related industries. • Present and explain our services to decision-makers. • Negotiate terms and close new client contracts. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Provide updates on sales activities and client acquisition. Qualifications • Proven sales experience (B2B, outsourcing, or related industries preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently as a contractor. • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
