This role is not a traditional employment position. Mentors operate independently while aligning with Elevate & Aspire’s development framework, training, and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in ongoing personal growth and leadership development
• Mentor individuals using mindset-based tools and strategies
• Apply provided training, systems, and resources in daily activities
• Strengthen professional communication and leadership capabilities
• Manage your own schedule and workload in a remote environment
Qualifications
• Strong interest in personal development, leadership, and mindset growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous growth
• Professional communication skills
• Background in leadership, coaching, mentoring, sales, or business development is beneficial but not required
