This is a flexible, remote, per-case opportunity ideal for attorneys looking to expand their practice, supplement income, or serve more clients without the burdens of traditional firm overhead or client acquisition. You’ll remain an independent legal practitioner while leveraging Globali’s advanced platform and steady stream of well-prepared cases. You’ll focus exclusively on limited-scope services — providing legal consultations, reviewing immigration applications, and filing packages with USCIS. Key Responsibilities Case Review & Filing (Limited Scope Representation): • Meet clients through our platform and understand their goals • Review submitted forms and supporting documents • Approve or modify recommended visa category • Prepare and file USCIS forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400, etc.) • Upload receipt notices and track case progress • Respond to RFEs/NOIDs as needed • Deliver final case package and USCIS approval notices Client Consultations: • Conduct 15-min consultations by Globali Platform • Explain eligibility, strategy, and next steps • Break down complex legal topics in plain language • Offer legal peace of mind with clear advice Ongoing Support & Compliance: • Respond to client and platform messages promptly (ideally within 7 hours) • Stay up-to-date on immigration law, policy, and form changes • Escalate red flags or ineligible cases as needed • Adhere to professional responsibility and privacy requirements Collaborative Platform Engagement: • Participate in legal quality checks and platform improvements • Provide feedback to improve workflows, templates, and checklists • Coordinate with our customer success and tech teams as needed Requirements • J.D. & U.S. Bar Admission (Active and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction) • 2+ years of experience in immigration law (Family-based and naturalization preferred) • Knowledge of USCIS processes and forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-765, DS-260) • Detail-oriented with excellent legal writing and analytical skills • Client-first communication and empathy, including comfort on video calls • Reliable, independent, and tech-savvy (Google Drive, PDF editors, Zoom, etc.) • Malpractice insurance required (or willingness to obtain) Compensation Flat-Fee Per Case • No hourly billing or invoicing. 1099 Provided. • Transparent per-service fee structure • Paid electronically upon case progress milestones • Flexible case volume — take on as many or as few as you’d like Zero Overhead • We bring you vetted clients • We handle billing, intake, and client coordination • You focus solely on the legal work Professional Growth & Support • Training and onboarding provided • Access to legal templates, platform resources, and support • Option to be featured as a trusted attorney on our website • No marketing, chasing leads, or handling payments Why Join Globali.ai? • Make a Real Difference: Help immigrants across the U.S. from anywhere.
