Why work with us • Commission up to 25% (sliding scale) plus bonus incentives — competitive + negotiable • Uncapped earnings potential — top reps on track for six figures • Equity opportunities for top performers • Complimentary product + ongoing education • Flexibility + independence to own your territory • Advancement into regional leadership roles as we expand Responsibilities • Acquire new wholesale accounts (salons, headspas, medspas, boutiques, specialty retail) • Build and manage strong client relationships to drive reorders + growth • Consistently meet/exceed monthly sales goals • Represent AWARE at events, demos, and professional education sessions What we’re looking for: • Must be physically present in Los Angeles • 3–5 years professional salon/haircare sales experience (non-negotiable) • Bachelor's Degree or Cosmetology licenses at a minimum • Proven top-performer track record meeting/exceeding quotas • Strong salon/spa network and ability to open doors fast • Entrepreneurial, outgoing, and self-driven personality • Passion for clean beauty, scalp wellness, and professional innovation This is a commission-only role with competitive sliding-scale commission up to 25% + equity upside.
