Think of it as running a mini-agency inside Sei: you’ll take zero-to-one ideas, shape their story, light up community flywheels, and prove traction in real numbers such as social reach, token demand, exchange listings, and active users.ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy and Execution - Build positioning & messaging frameworks for each incubation, craft launch plans (announcements, AMAs, partner pushes, liquidity events), set and hit growth KPIs across channelsCommunity & Social Growth - Architect creator/ambassador programs that 10× social reach, own Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc. narrative arcs, track sentiment, mindshare, and community healthToken Demand & Listings - Coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs & Legal for compliance, drive CEX and DEX listing pipelines alongside BD, potentially plan liquidity mining, staking, and/or referral loops to boost velocityUser Acquisition & Retention - Define target personas and acquisition funnels, launch incentivized quests, hackathons, and partner integrations, instrument onboarding flows to maximize activation and retentionData & Reporting - Build dashboards and weekly growth reports to founders and Foundation leadership.What We're Looking ForProven expertise in creating impactful content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms.A deep understanding of crypto trends and storytellingStrong creative instincts with an ability to craft taglines, social narratives, and visually engaging contentOwner mentality, coupled with framework-driven strategic thinkingExceptional project management and multitasking skillsProficiency in design tools like Figma and CanvaExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProblem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic social media landscapeA passion for blockchain technology, with a clear understanding of crypto-related trends and terminologyNice to havesExperience working at a large blockchain foundation or Traditional Finance institutionPrior success building social communities for a Layer 1 blockchain, or large scale DeFi projectStrong connections with influencers and creators in the crypto spaceOriginally posted on Himalayas
