Job Summary This Manager leads a frontline team responsible for incident routing, triage, and coordination across the Americas. IR CM serves as the central hub for initial incident response, interfacing with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to ensure timely and effective resolution of reported cases.
