Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst

The Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst will manage incentive payouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop performance reporting to support the sales and finance departments. Responsibilities Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, annual incentive payouts utilizing various cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exceptions criteria Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform which includes back-end sequel coding Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement the incentive plan strategy Facilitate the distribution of incentive calculations and approvals across sales leadership team Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting Partner with finance to establish Incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management Provide ad-hoc reporting and problem solving as it relates to account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data Execute improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes assigned Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Minimum of 1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferable experience with consumer products company Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams Advanced analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, etc.) Benefits Medical Dental Life Vision Disability 401(k) Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs Wellness program Paid Time Off Paid vacation Holidays & personal days Company Overview For the builders and protectors, for the makers and explorers, for those shaping and reshaping our world through hard work and inspiration, Stanley Black & Decker provides the tools and innovative solutions you can trust to get the job done—and we have since 1843.
