Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service
U.S. Remote
Full Time Shifts Available 12-9 pm (Eastern) on Saturday and 4 weekdays. (Weekdays TBD)
Compensation: $40-60K (base of $19.23/hour guaranteed plus uncapped commissions!)

You're the sunshine in our Sun Auto Tire and Service experience! Your friendly and helpful voice will be the first thing many of our customers hear. Wielding your talent and dazzling customer service skills, your mission is to engage customers, solve their automotive needs, and earn their trust. If you choose to accept this mission (and we hope you do), your goal is to make them feel so welcome that they can't wait to roll into a Sun Auto Tire and Service location at their earliest convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the ultimate brand and customer advocate
Sprinkle positivity through calls, web chat, and social media interactions like confetti at a celebration
Ask questions, depart knowledge, and guide customers seamlessly through their automotive journey.
Collaborate with our super team to conquer customer escalations and resolutions!
Educate and schedule customers for a date with destiny at a Sun Auto Tire & Service location.
Respond faster than a pit stop crew to maintenance and retention requests
Keep our customer records shinier than a freshly waxed car!
Project a vibe so positive it rivals a beach day under the Sun.
Be a goal-crushing legend, accountable to our vision, values, and targets.
Maintain a passion for Sun Auto's products and services because cars are cool, and so are you!

Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing (CSR heroes, we're looking at you!)
Familiarity with InContact, Zendesk, or similar telephony and CRM software
A track record of good tenure
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Teams
High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelors degree)
Remote work experience because we believe in the power of flexibility!
A private workspace free from distractions and a high-speed internet
Bilingual skills are a plus
