As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear.1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.Hiring Immediately for July 4thFull-Time - Work 5 days at 8.5 hours, between 10am - 8:30pm MDTGet an extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation periodWork from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commuteEarn $16.50 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a monthA Day in the LifeAnswer incoming calls and provide a world-class experience for our customers You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this roleSell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a fingerCustomers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items.All new agents must be available to start on July 4thYou receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for successAfter the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and growWhat You Bring to the TableYou are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in AB.Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 8:00 AM and 4.30 PM, Monday-Friday MDT.A very friendly telephone mannerism, strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memoryExperience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is requiredAbout USDid you know O2E Brands has been voted one of the Best Workplaces in Canada 15 times!?
