Qualifications One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics). High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion. Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software. Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality. Completion of HIPPA training. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of a headset and computer to process customer inquiries. Communicating with customers via phone and digital platforms.
