We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemarketing skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with clients in both English and Spanish.
Duties
ā¢ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
ā¢ Utilise telemarketing techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce software.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
ā¢ Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
ā¢ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is highly desirable.
ā¢ Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred.
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
ā¢ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ A passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets is essential.
