Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
Convert calls into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating value and urgency of care
Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate services and next steps
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and conversion goals
Accurately document all patient interactions in the CRM/practice management system
Follow up on unscheduled treatment, missed appointments, and patient inquiries
Manage objections related to cost, concerns, and scheduling with confidence and empathy
Collaborate with office teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Maintain professionalism and positivity in a fast-paced call center environment
Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
