? Determine customer's concerns and schedule necessary appointments
? Communicate with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed
? Document and update customer records
? Establish and maintain great customer relationships
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must meet network and equipment requirements
? Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented
? Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
? Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
? Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
