What To Expect
Ā Service Partners will perform the following for the program:
Ā Delivering an elevated, modern luxury experience on incoming calls from customers.
Ā Responsibilities include supporting customers who contact for reasons such as:
Ā Placing an order
Ā Checking an order status
Ā Inquiring about a repair
Ā Seeking product information/recommendations
Ā Resolving an issue
Ā Soft sales are required
This program has the potential to move to a digital customer response channel Ā email, chats, and SMS - with the potential for greater service revenue.

Ā Respond to incoming contacts from customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Ā Maintain knowledge and ability to articulate the brand, products, policies, and procedures effectively.
Ā Drive sales by offering to place orders and suggest complementary items based on customer needs and preferences.
Ā Mitigate customer escalations through effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ā Leverage multiple systems and tools to handle customer contacts effectively.
Ā Simultaneously handle multiple tasks including contact handling and data processing.

Ā Demonstrated customer service skills, preferably in a retail and/or contact center environment.
