Inbound Contact Representative - Military Spouse Fellowship or DOW SkillBridge Intern

As a transitioning military service member or military spouse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience while still on active duty or supporting your family. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Record details of member inquiries, comments, or complaints, transactions, or interactions and take action in accordance with process
ā¢ Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
ā¢ Deliver a consistent customer service experience by providing efficient resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
ā¢ Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately
ā¢ Prioritize workload to provide efficient business operation standards
ā¢ Demonstrate ownership to problem-solve independently
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Must be a transitioning military service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship
ā¢ U.S. Citizenship is required for this role
ā¢ Successfully receive approval for government security clearance (Via National Background Investigation Services NBIS)
ā¢ Minimum one (1) year customer service experience in a professional environment
ā¢ Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
ā¢ Use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
ā¢ Basic proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
ā¢ Knowledge navigating multiple systems & platforms with ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment
