Role Description This is a part-time remote role (roughly 25 hours a week) for a Labor & Employment Attorney at Perlman Clinic. The Attorney will be responsible for handling labor and employment law matters, conducting legal research, drafting motions, handling arbitration, providing legal advice, representation, compliance, business operations and more. Qualifications • Legal expertise in Labor and Employment Law • Proficiency in Legal Research and drafting Motions • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the state bar This role is part time (roughly 25 hours a week).
