The In-Home Therapist will work collaboratively with the treatment team to implement the goals and objectives outlined in the treatment plan. The responsibilities include advocating for resources to support the youth's emotional and mental health needs, interacting with agencies such as DMH, DCF, DYS, DPH, and MCI to facilitate service coordination, and participating in care planning meetings if the youth is enrolled in Intensive Care Coordination. Additionally, the therapist will complete all required paperwork and data entry in a timely manner.What You’ll Bring to the TeamWe’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified but driven. Someone who’s excited about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
An associate and/ or bachelor’s degree in the human services field with one to two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and transition-age youth.
Experience in developing and facilitating training programs for families and staff.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

You have experience navigating any of the child and family–serving systems and teaching family members who are involved with the children and families.
