Responsibilities
? Demonstrates the core nursing competencies established by the agency for the purpose of ensuring ongoing and competent care.
? Conducts the first assessment visit and consistently reviews the patient's nursing necessities.
? Undertakes the commencement of the care plan and needed modifications.
? Offers assistance that requires a significant amount of specialized nursing proficiency.
? Takes the first steps in implementing preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
? Prepares patient visit notes and care conference summaries promptly to meet Agency standards.
Qualifications
? Before the date of employment, it is compulsory to hold a current and valid RN license, temporary RN license, or compact RN license from the State Board of Nursing. Having a valid licensure for practicing as an RN is essential.
? CPR required.
? Applicants should have a minimum of one year of recent, documented experience as an RN.
? Candidates with recent licensure and experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation are highly sought after.
