The salary range for this position is a competitive $80k$110k. In addition to this, Sciton offers an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401 (k) with matching.
Job Summary
The In Home Assistant will provide companionship and assist the Chairman in their daily living activities. Some duties will include household needs, such as meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, and bed making. Access to a separate bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room within the Chairman's residence.
In This Role, You Will Perform The Following Duties
Assist with basic home care needs, ensuring the Chairman's comfort and well-being.
Provide companionship and assistance to the Chairman in their daily activities.
Perform light household duties such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning (not exceeding 20% of total work time).
Essential Requirements
5-7 years of prior in-home care experience is required.
Must possess a strong service orientation, including active listening, exceptional communication, and critical thinking skills.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Warm and engaging demeanor, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
Assist as needed with Zoom connectivity and other technology-related tasks.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including six days per week with one day off.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
