Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on diverse projects, driving client success and growth
Attend weekly project meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and participate in internal debrief meetings to ensure seamless project execution
Co-design and implement software solutions, utilizing your technical expertise to build complex systems within the Salesforce platform
Communicate effectively with project team members and clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring client satisfaction
Identify risks and issues, implementing process improvements to optimize our processes and prevent potential problems
Work with agile methodologies, building software solutions using various technology stacks and contributing to the development of our clients' businesses
Estimated Time Allocation:
Salesforce build: 70%
Client interaction (supporting role): 20%
Project scoping (supporting consultants): 10%
