Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop tailored software configuration and implementation plans.
Software Configuration: Configure our SaaS software to meet client specifications, aligning with their business processes and goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver seamless implementations that exceed client expectations.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on software usage and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and implementation challenges, partnering with internal teams as necessary.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the implementation process, client requirements, configurations, and customizations.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the configured software meets client requirements and functions as expected.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or relevant areas are a plus.
3+ years of experience in software implementation or related experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing implementation projects.
Solid understanding of SaaS software and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
