If this sounds like your calling, keep reading to learn more!Your ResponsibilitiesYou are accountable for ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for our customers until successful Go-Live.As a professional in our product, you will conduct the technical setup of our Awareness Platform (SaaS Tool).You will identify the needs of our customers to collaboratively implement ideal awareness measures.For the smooth implementation of your projects, you will perform first-class stakeholder management, both with customers and internally at SoSafe.You will assist our customers in finding solutions to technical issues in close collaboration with our Support Team and our Developers.Through your experiences in the projects, you contribute to the continuous development of our products.Your profileThe satisfaction and success of your customers are your highest priority.You have an interest in cybersecurity and are not daunted by technical difficulties.You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent from a university.You are fluent in both French and English.You are proactive and hands-on.You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.You have 1-2 years (or more) of experience in Implementation Management or (IT) Project Management."You enjoy teamwork and a collaborative team work culture.Why Us?
