You will design training programs, streamline procedures, and ensure adherence to standards, all while supporting your team’s success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the RFE response team, providing training and ongoing supportConduct team meetings and individual coaching sessionsCollaborate with training and process improvement initiativesEstablish KPIs and monitor team performance for continuous growthAct as an escalation point for complex cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutionsDevelop and review SOPs and documentation standardsFoster a team environment centered on professionalism, growth, and collaborationIdeal Candidate Profile:Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearlyExperience or interest in immigration law, with potential to grow into leadership rolesProven leadership or team management skillsAbility to analyze data and implement process improvementsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management toolsLegal experience or background preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates with high potential.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (legal education/certification is a plus)At least 3 years of legal writing, and 4 years of experience working with immigration-related matters or legal document preparationPrior leadership or team management experience preferredStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdditional Information:Must complete a paid written test independently (without ChatGPT).This test must be completed independently, without the use of Chat GPT.
