Smart e-Judge Immigration Law Firm is seeking a skilled Immigration Legal Drafter & Case Manager Specialist to join our legal team. This role focuses on preparing U.S. immigration petitions, drafting legal documents, and managing case files to support attorneys and clients throughout the immigration process.

The ideal candidate has strong English drafting skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience preparing immigration Litigation and supporting documentation for USCIS, the National Visa Center (NVC), and U.S. embassies or consulates. This position requires excellent organization, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities
• Dealing with Immigration court motions and EOIR Portal
• Draft and prepare U.S. immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents (USCIS, NVC, and U.S. Embassy filings)
• Prepare legal cover letters, affidavits, and supporting documentation for immigration submissions
• Review immigration forms and evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS instructions
• Organize and maintain client case files using legal case management systems
• Communicate with clients to collect required documents and information for case preparation
• Track case deadlines and maintain organized digital records for all active matters
• Conduct basic immigration legal research and review USCIS policy updates when necessary
• Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries and supporting documentation for filings
• Maintain proper document organization within digital case management and document storage systems
• Perform administrative tasks related to case preparation including document review, proofreading, and file organization

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in immigration services, immigration law firms, or visa processing environments.
• Knowledge of Immigration court motions and EOIR Portal
• Strong experience preparing U.S. immigration forms and petitions
• Excellent English writing and drafting skills with strong attention to punctuation and detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a structured workflow
• Strong client communication and professional email etiquette
• Experience reviewing documents and preparing case evidence

Technical Skills

Candidates should be familiar with:
• Microsoft Word / Microsoft Office
• Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Calendar)
• Microsoft Outlook
• VPN systems and remote work tools
• AI platforms used for legal research and drafting
• U.S. embassy websites and visa instructions

Preferred:
• Experience with Docketwise or similar immigration case management systems

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
• Professional communication with clients and legal teams
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new legal workflows
