What Will You Do in This Role?
• Conduct strategic legal research to provide accurate and timely counsel.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and essential legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Negotiate settlements and favorable resolutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay updated on key laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Manage your caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor junior attorneys and foster a team-oriented culture.
What Are We Looking for?
• Active BAR license to practice law in the U.S.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong teamwork skills with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
