Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
Lead architecture and solution decisions with project teams through an architecture committee
Develop and document technical architecture, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and system configurations
Define, adopt, and advocate best practices as they relate to enterprise integration and system architecture
Provide technical oversight for integration between enterprise solutions and existing business systems
Ability to provide subject matter expertise and be both hands-on as well as act as a mentor and lead others as needed
Collaborate with business and other stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate solutions and align on decisions to best support the organization
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, drive innovation and guide teams within the organization
Establish and govern a common enterprise architecture framework and methodology. Ensure that an integrated architecture repository is established to support efficiencies across the enterprise
Responsible for developing technology roadmaps, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and development of sustainable designs
Govern and lead technical design and solutions. Own accountability to ensure custom development is done at the right time and in the right place
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration using SAP middleware or other
Experience with system integrations utilizing SAP BTP
Working knowledge of ABAP development and a good understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PP, or SD
Very good understanding of standards needed to support integrations (security, monitoring, error handling, etc)
Strong technical skills and a background in enterprise architecture
BASIS experience in technical upgrade and S/4HANA migrations
Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills
CPG industry knowledge is a plus
