Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
A Day in the Life of a Logistics Analyst:
Support the Logistics Management team to provide analytical support and make recommendations on a wide variety of logistics functions including but not limited to Warehousing, Transportation, Finance and Customer Operations
Responsible for invoice coding and auditing of logistics related costs to ensure compliance to contracted rates.
Provides project support, such as CSIs and process improvements
Provide administrative support for Logistics Contracts to ensure that all contracts are up-to-date and any new or renewing agreements are managed and completed in a timely manner together with Manager
Support Adhoc Reporting like STO Tracking and inventory reconciliations
Work with suppliers to reduce invoice errors for streamlined payment processing
Manage Promo Pack planning
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors Degree required, Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Manager focus preferred
2 4 years of experience
Detail oriented, analytical problem solver with the ability to multitask
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Software (SAP preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally
