Title: Registered Nurse - Wound Care
Schedule: Part Time
Location: Arlington, VA
Purpose and Scope:
Will assist our Providers in assessing, treating, and creating care plans
Act as an educator and consultant to staff nurses and other health care professionals
Will work alongside a team of 3 Providers and 7 other clinical staff members
Will work side by side with experienced nurses and will have direct responsibility for patients and care plans
Working knowledge of wound types, dressings used, and skin grafts/ skin substitutes
Will gain Case Management experience by coordinating primary care and home health needs

Qualifications:
RN Licensure with Reciprocity in the state of Virginia
BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR
1 year Med/Surg experience preferred
Wound Care experience a plus
Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills
Autonomous thinker who also enjoys working in a team setting
Comfortable working in a prepper, case manager, wrapper staffing model
Responsible for critical thinking and collaborative input on decisions
