Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases with high accuracy.
Veriy the accuracy of data by cross-referencing and validating information.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure the datas consistency and reliability.
Generate and prepare reports as needed.
Follow data confidentiality and security protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is an added advantage.
Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Flexible part-time schedule.
Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
Ability to choose shifts as per your availability.
