 Assist with new client enrollments, changes, and deletions
 Support on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
 Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit cards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
 High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
 Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
 Exceptional phone and listening skills
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
