Job Summary:
The Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Technician is responsible for responding to incoming alerts from remote monitoring systems, following established workflows, and escalating issues to the clinical team as needed. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent computer skills, and outstanding communication abilities. The RPM Technician will ensure timely and efficient handling of patient data and maintain a high standard of care and service.
Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday, 24/7
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Provide accurate, valid & complete information using appropriate methods/tools
ΓΒ Respond to alerts within the necessary timeline
ΓΒ Demonstrate excellent communication skills, adhering to customer service expectations in every call interaction
ΓΒ Make outbound phone calls to patients on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
ΓΒ Monitor uploads and readings
ΓΒ Go the extra mile; we value hardworking, engaged, honest, and reliable team members
ΓΒ Monitor incoming alerts from remote patient monitoring systems.
ΓΒ Follow established workflows to address and resolve alerts.
ΓΒ Escalate issues to the clinical team when necessary.
ΓΒ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
ΓΒ Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
ΓΒ Communicate effectively with patients, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.
ΓΒ Utilize software efficiently.
ΓΒ Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Strong medical knowledge, preferably with a background in healthcare (e.g., nursing, medical assistant, EMT).
ΓΒ Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with EHR systems and other healthcare software.
ΓΒ Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
ΓΒ High-speed internet connection and reliable home office setup.
ΓΒ Outstanding communication and phone skills.
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
ΓΒ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ΓΒ Prior experience in remote patient monitoring or telehealth is a plus.

ΓΒ 9am - 3pm EDT

We are actively seeking candidates to fill open positions and plan to commence training quickly
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 ΓΒ 24 per week
